The Coptic Language
This is the old Egyptian language that was spoken by the ancient Egyptians. It is written in Greek letters in addition to some old Egyptian letters. The Coptic language is used currently in the mass. Most of the hymns in the mass are in coptic. The word "Coptic" means Egyptian.
